Caution of small rice milling machine
1. Before the brown rice enters the falling hopper, check the metal objects and stones to avoid damage to the grinding wheel.
2. After the whitening is completed, the front rotary block should be pulled out to clean the remaining rice sugar in the whitening chamber, so as not to affect the accuracy of the sample.
3. The whitening accuracy needs to determine the sample quantity and whitening time according to the variety of brown rice. The quantity of low-precision samples is 17-18g, and the whitening time is slightly shorter; the quantity of high-precision samples is 20g, and the whitening time is slightly longer.
4. When the small rice mill is used for a long time and the high-moisture brown rice is crushed, the rice bran bonded to the grinding wheel will affect the fineness and whiteness. You can use a wrench to remove the grinding wheel, and use a wire brush to brush the bran powder, and then it can be used as it is.
